Terms and Conditions

Subscription to Ni Hao Online is 48 weeks as consecutive calendar weeks.
The subscription must be paid in full, in Australian or US dollars, before the subscription can begin.
Only one subscription per person can be active at any one time.
A valid contactable email address is required.
Personal subscription begins on first login and runs for the given duration.
School subscriptions begins and ends at predetermined dates.
There is no refund for finishing a level before the subscription expiry date.
If you wish upgrade or downgrade to another level before the expiry date of your current level, access to the current level will cease and the new level will start, after full payment, with a new subscription.
ChinaSoft reserves the right to cancel a subscription or deny access at any time for any reason.
